Gibbens Group engaged Mainbrace Construction completed the centre in 2014 with tenants commencing trading in May 2015. The total retail floor area covers 11,500 Sqm.
The Premises are fully leased and consist of furniture, bedding, lighting, sporting, outdoor equipment, homemaker products and storage. Central Coast Council constructed a new set of lights for easy access from all directions (Manns Rd, Riverside Drive and Central Coast Highway).
